How We Work

A transparent look at what happens from the moment you contact us to the moment you have files ready to publish. No surprises, no hidden steps.

1

You contact us with the address and a date

Send us the apartment address, your preferred date, and a brief description of the unit — size, number of rooms, whether it's furnished or empty. We respond within one business day to confirm availability and provide preparation notes.

The preparation notes cover practical things: which lights to turn on, how to arrange surfaces, what to remove from counters and floors. These small steps make a meaningful difference in the final images.

If you have specific priorities — for example, a view that's particularly strong, or a detail in the kitchen that distinguishes the unit — tell us at this stage and we'll plan around it.

Two-hour session on site

We arrive with a complete equipment kit: full-frame camera body, calibrated wide-angle lens, portable LED lighting panels, light stands, and a 360° camera. Setup takes around fifteen minutes.

We photograph each room from the angles that communicate space and proportion most accurately. The wide-angle lens is calibrated to show rooms as they actually are — not compressed, not distorted into something that misleads viewers when they visit in person.

The 360° camera captures each room for the virtual tour. We record the video walkthrough during the same session. All four deliverables are produced in the same two hours.

Post-production

Photos are edited for color accuracy, white balance, and exposure consistency. We correct for any lens distortion and ensure that colors match what you'd see in person — not artificially brightened or saturated.

The 360° images are stitched, processed, and uploaded to a hosting platform. You receive a permanent link you can embed in your listing or share directly.

The social media video is cut to a length appropriate for the platform — typically 30–60 seconds — with basic color grading applied for consistency with the photos.

Delivery within 48 hours

You receive a single download link containing all deliverables: high-resolution JPEG photos sized for portal upload, the virtual tour link, and the social media video file in vertical format.

Files are named and organized clearly. Photos are numbered in a recommended sequence for portal upload. The virtual tour link works immediately and is permanent.

If you need the files in a specific format or size for a particular platform, let us know at booking and we'll accommodate that in the delivery.

How to prepare the apartment

A few practical steps before we arrive make a significant difference in the quality of the final images.

Open all curtains and blinds fully. Turn on every light in the apartment — ceiling lights, lamps, kitchen under-cabinet lights. If any bulbs are out, replace them before the session. Mixed light sources (natural and artificial) are fine — we work with both.

Clear kitchen counters of appliances, dishes, and personal items. Remove personal photos and anything from bathroom counters. Tidy shelves. Move extra furniture, boxes, or storage items out of frame. The goal is a clean, neutral space that potential tenants can project themselves into.

Make all beds neatly. Arrange cushions and pillows consistently. If the apartment is furnished, ensure sofas and chairs are arranged as you'd want them shown. Towels in bathrooms should be folded and placed deliberately — not hanging loosely.

Clean floors, especially hard surfaces that reflect light. Wipe down glass surfaces and windows — fingerprints and smudges are visible in wide-angle shots. If there's a terrace or balcony, clear it of unnecessary items and ensure the glass door or railing is clean.

We photograph empty apartments as well as furnished ones. For empty units, the focus shifts to architectural features, proportions, finishes, and natural light. If the apartment is empty, ensure all lights work and the space is clean. We can advise on whether minimal staging props would help for your specific unit.
