What We Do

Four deliverables produced in a single two-hour session. Each one serves a different part of how people search for and evaluate apartments today.

Wide-Angle Photography

The photographs are produced with a calibrated wide-angle lens on a full-frame camera body. The calibration matters: an uncalibrated wide-angle distorts rooms, making walls curve and proportions lie. Ours shows rooms accurately — wider than a standard lens, but honest about what the space actually looks like.

We bring portable LED lighting to every session. This means we're not dependent on the time of day, the direction the apartment faces, or whether it has large windows. The lighting is set up to complement existing natural light rather than replace it — the result looks natural, not studio-lit.

Typically, a standard apartment receives 15–25 final edited photographs covering living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, terrace or balcony if present, and any distinctive features. Files are delivered as high-resolution JPEGs suitable for portal upload.

Post-processing includes color correction, white balance adjustment, exposure consistency across the set, and lens distortion correction. We do not add objects, remove walls, or alter the space beyond what accurate color and exposure correction achieves.

360° Virtual Tour

The virtual tour is produced with a dedicated 360° camera that captures each room as a complete spherical image. These images are stitched and processed into an interactive walkthrough that viewers navigate with a mouse or finger swipe.

The tour is hosted on a platform and delivered as a permanent link. It can be embedded in Portal Inmobiliario listings, shared via WhatsApp, or linked from Airbnb and similar platforms. The link does not expire.

Virtual tours serve a specific purpose: they allow people to understand the layout and flow of an apartment before deciding whether to schedule a physical visit. This tends to improve the quality of in-person viewings — people who visit have already confirmed the layout works for them.

Short Video for Social Media

A short walkthrough video filmed during the same session and edited into a format suitable for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and WhatsApp sharing. Delivered in vertical (9:16) format.

The video covers the apartment in a fluid walkthrough sequence — entrance, living area, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and any outdoor space. Duration is typically 30–60 seconds depending on apartment size.

Social media video serves a different audience than portal listings. Many potential renters in Chile first encounter properties through Instagram or TikTok before searching portals. A short, well-produced video extends the reach of your listing to that channel.

Organized File Delivery

All files are delivered via a single download link within 48 hours of the session. The delivery is organized: photos are numbered in a recommended upload sequence, the virtual tour link is provided as a separate item, and the video file is clearly labeled.

Photo files are sized appropriately for portal upload — large enough for zoom functionality on portals, not so large that upload fails. If you need different sizing for a specific platform, request it at booking.

We provide a brief guide with each delivery explaining how to upload photos to the most common Chilean property portals (Portal Inmobiliario, Yapo, Toctoc) and how to embed the virtual tour link.

What this service does not include

Being clear about scope prevents misunderstandings. Here's what falls outside a standard session.

Staging or furnishing

We photograph the apartment as it is. We do not provide furniture, props, or staging services. If the unit is empty, we photograph it empty — or you can arrange minimal staging before we arrive.

Virtual staging (digital furniture)

We do not add digital furniture to empty rooms. The photos show the actual space. If digital staging is something you need, it can be arranged separately through a third-party service.

Drone or aerial photography

This service covers interior apartment photography. Drone or exterior building photography is not part of the standard session. Contact us if you need to discuss exterior coverage options.

Listing copywriting

We produce the visual assets for your listing. Writing the listing description is your responsibility. We can advise on which photos to use as the cover image and in what sequence to upload them.
