Velxune provides professional photography, video, and 360° virtual tour services for residential apartments in Chile. Our services are directed at individual property owners and co-investment groups who need visual content for publishing on property portals and short-term rental platforms.

Submitting an inquiry through our contact form does not constitute a binding service agreement. A service agreement is established only upon written confirmation from Velxune confirming the session date, location, and scope. We reserve the right to decline service requests at our discretion.
Our standard session includes wide-angle photography, a 360° virtual tour, and a short social media video, all produced during a single two-hour on-site session. The specific deliverables, quantities, and formats are as described on this website and confirmed in writing at the time of booking.
Services not explicitly included in the confirmed scope — including but not limited to staging, virtual furniture, drone photography, or listing copywriting — are not part of the service unless separately agreed in writing.

Upon full payment for the service, Velxune grants the client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered photographs, virtual tour, and video for the purpose of marketing and listing the specific apartment described in the service agreement. This includes publication on property portals, rental platforms, and social media.
Velxune retains the copyright in all photographs, videos, and virtual tour content produced. The client may not sell, sublicense, or transfer the images to third parties for use in connection with other properties or for commercial purposes unrelated to the listing of the specific apartment.
Velxune may use delivered content in its own portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing at the time of booking.
Velxune will deliver edited files within 48 hours of the session, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Delivery is made via a download link sent to the email address provided at booking. The client is responsible for downloading and storing the files. Download links may expire after 30 days.
If the client believes the delivered files do not conform to the agreed service scope, they must notify Velxune in writing within five business days of delivery. Velxune will review the concern and respond within five business days.
To the extent permitted by Chilean law, Velxune's liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount paid for the specific session giving rise to the claim. Velxune is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of rental income or listing performance.
Velxune is not responsible for the performance of listings published using our photographs. Listing performance depends on many factors beyond the quality of visual content, including pricing, location, platform algorithms, and market conditions.
Cancellation and rescheduling terms are communicated at the time of booking confirmation. In general, sessions may be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Specific terms depend on the circumstances and are confirmed in writing.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Chile. Any dispute arising from these terms or the services provided shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Santiago, Chile.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates the last revision. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
